Save Carts as Public Carts or Public Favorites
With the new Shopping Cart, collaborating on carts is easier and more efficient. By saving a cart as a Public Cart, you can let colleagues add orders or move order lines to it. This helps you coordinate quickly and transparently, for example when jointly working on the daily order for your supplier. If you want to optimize the handling of recurring orders, you can save your cart as a Shared Favorite - a public template that you can easily share with colleagues across your organization, subsidiaries, and TecIDs.

¶ General overview
The Shopping Cart Manager is your central hub for viewing and managing all shopping carts in the system - from both Order Pro and Classic Shopping carts. Click on Order Pro or Classic to display the corresponding saved shopping carts (default view: Order Pro).
You can track, search, and organize carts using powerful filtering and column customization options. The search function applies only within the selected Order Pro or Classic view and does not include the Last updated, Checked out by, Type, or Privacy columns. However, you can still filter by Type and Privacy, regardless of the selected view. You can also hide any columns except “Name” (default view: all columns shown).

- Custom Columns view: Show/hide columns based on your needs.
- Bulk Operations: Select multiple carts for batch actions.
- Advanced Filtering: Filter carts by certain criteria: Private and Type.
- Create New Cart: Create New Cart in Order Pro or Classic Shopping Cart.
- Edit Existing Cart: Quickly open the cart in edit mode with just two clicks.
- Remove Existing Cart: Quickly remove a cart with just two clicks.
- Move Order Lines to a New Cart: Easily move selected order lines to a newly created cart with just a few clicks. This feature will be available soon.
- Move Order Lines to an Existing/Saved Cart: Easily move selected order lines to an existing cart with just a few clicks.

- Refresh button (⟳): Reload cart list with latest data
¶ Search Bar
Search across all cart fields:
- Cart name
- Purchaser
- Supplier
- Order ID
- Any visible column data
Use search to quickly locate specific carts instead of scrolling through pages.
¶ Action Buttons
Click + New cart button to create a new shopping cart in Order Pro or Classic (based on currently selected view).
Click ⚙ Filter button to apply advanced filters to cart list and filter by multiple criteria simultaneously:
To remove some or all filters you can use the followwing buttons:
Click ⚙ Manage columns to customize your main view and Show/hide columns:
To manipulate saved shopping carts, you can select one or more of them to perform an edit or delete action:
You can also use a pagination options to navigate across shopping carts:
The filters, search input and hidden columns are only saved for the current session. As soon as you leave the page again, everything is reset to its original state.

¶ Example of usage
¶ Creating a New Cart
- Click the + New Cart button (top right)
- You’ll be redirected to the corresponding shopping basket - Shopping Cart (Classic) or Shopping Cart (New) - where you can create a new template.
- Fill in the required cart details
- Add products to the cart
- Save the cart by clicking Save
¶ Save as public or private
Control visibility and sharing options when saving a cart:
- Open your active cart
- Click Save cart dropdown
- Choose Save as public cart or Save as private cart:
- Public: Visible to your organization, subsidiaries and TecIDs
- Private: Only visible to you
- Confirm save action
- Saved cart appears in the Shopping Cart Manager under the corresponding privacy type
¶ Save as favorites public or private
Control visibility and sharing options when saving a favorite
- Open your active cart
- Click Add to favorite dropdown
- Choose Save as public favorite or Save as private favorite:
- Public: Visible to your organization, subsidiaries and TecIDs
- Private: Only visible to you
- Confirm save action
- Saved cart appears in the Shopping Cart Manager under the corresponding privacy type
¶ Edit an existing cart
- Locate and select the cart you want to edit
- Click Edit from the floating toolbar
- Modify cart name, add new product, product quantities, delivery dates, notes, or other details
- Click Save to confirm and apply your changes
- Updated information is reflected immediately in the cart overview
- Updated information is reflected in Shopping Cart Manager
Please note that for Classic up to 20 templates and for Order Pro up to 6 can be opened and edited at the same time.
¶ Delete an existing cart
- Locate the cart you want to delete
- Select the cart using the checkbox
- Click Delete from the floating toolbar
- The cart is permanently removed from Shopping Cart Manager
¶ Searching for a Cart
- Enter search term in "Search anything" box
- Press Enter or click search icon (🔍)
- Results filter automatically

- Click Filter button
- Select filter criteria → Privacy and/or Type
- Apply filters
- Clear filters when done
¶ Customizing Columns
- Click Manage columns button
- Check/uncheck columns to show/hide
- Changes save automatically
- Click Reset to Defaults to restore the original view

- Check boxes on left side of carts
- Select multiple carts
- Perform bulk operations
You can delete multiple items at once - there’s no limit on the number of items selected for bulk deletion
¶ Move order lines to a new cart
- Open the source cart containing items to move
- Select the order lines you want to move (checkboxes)
- Click "+ Add new cart" action button
- Click Save on "New Cart" modal
- System creates a new cart with selected items
- Original cart updates automatically (items removed)
- New cart opens with moved items
- New cart displays on carts list of Shopping Cart Manager
¶ Move order lines to an existing cart
- Open the source cart with items to move
- Select order lines to transfer (checkboxes)
- Click Move to action button
- Search or select destination cart from Shopping Cart Manager list:
- Search by cart name, purchaser, or order ID
- Filter by Privacy or Type
- Click Save on "Move to an existing cart?" modal
- Items transfer immediately to destination cart
- Both carts update automatically
