¶ Shopping cart manager
In the shopping basket manager, you can view and manage your saved shopping baskets from both Order Pro and Classic.
Click on Order Pro or Classic to see the corresponding saved shopping baskets (default view: Order Pro).
The search function is only limited to the respective Order Pro or Classic category, and you cannot search in the Last updated, Checked out by, Type and Privacy categories.
However, you have the option of filtering by type and privacy, regardless of which category you are in.
You also have the option of hiding all columns (except Name) (default view: all shown).
The filters, search input and hidden columns are only saved for the current session. As soon as you leave the page again, everything is reset to its original state.
¶ Overview of all columns:
Name:
Name of the shopping cart
If this has not been changed in the shopping cart, it is always the creation date.
Purchaser:
Name of the purchaser organisation
Type:
Cart: temporary template, will be deleted after the order
Favorite: permanent template, can only be deleted manually
Privacy:
Private: only the creator can view and manage the template
Public: anyone with access to the pruchaser organisation can view and manage the template
Order Pro basket currently only offers the option of saving the shopping cart as private.
Supplier:
Name of the supplier organisation
Order ID:
Type Cart: will be saved and displayed
Type Favorite: will not be saved and therefore not displayed
Created by:
User who either created or last edited the template.
Last Update:
Date when the template was created or last edited.
Checked out by:
Only for public templates
User currently working on the template.
¶ Usage:
Select the template you want to manage.
A bar appears with additional options Edit and Delete. It also shows you how many templates have been selected.
Please note that for Classic up to 20 templates and for Order Pro up to 6 can be opened and edited at the same time.
Delete function is not restricted.
If you click on the + New cart button, you will be redirected to the corresponding shopping basket. There you have the option of creating a new template.
