¶ New Document Type: Order Response Update
In the Document Hub, the new document type Order Response Update allows suppliers to share real-time updates on orders and individual order lines.

Several suppliers already support Order Response Updates:

If your supplier already supports this feature, you don’t need to take any action — you will automatically start seeing this new document type from July 1st.
If you don’t see any updates, it may be because:
- Your supplier has not sent any updates yet, or
- Your supplier does not yet support this Order Response feature.
You’ll find the new documents in the Document List, where they are automatically linked to the relevant related documents. You can:
- Search specifically for the new document type
- Export the data in a user-friendly format for further manual processing
