TecCom SAP support is a chargeable service, unless you have been informed that your support case will be handled for free.
As soon as your support case is assigned to the TecCom SAP Team or any team member of this team the customer will be charged with 170.- Euro / hour (excl. VAT, invoicing per started 15 minutes of processing) for the further processing of the support case.
Our SAP support team will make you aware of the charges at the beginning of the conversation and will clarify the further billing process with you.
