The intended audience of these articles are technical professionals such as project managers, DevOps engineers, IT administrators, and developers.
Since most of these articles (apart those about TecCom Business Cloud and Connect5 scenarios) are part of the closed TecCom Order SDK, your TecCom Wiki user account will need elevated privileges first in order to gain access. ¶ .NET Integration for Suppliers
Implementing our TOM web service as a supplier means creating a custom .NET plugin for our Connect5 middleware based on a plugin template that we provide. All incoming requests are answered directly by the ERP system while Connect5 acts as a relay link to the TecCom platform. You will learn

¶ WSDL Integration without .NET for Suppliers

¶ TecCom Business Cloud (TBC) and Classic Supply Cloud
Classic Supply Cloud is a cloud-hosted solution without direct integration into the supplier's ERP. CSV files containing article availability and pricing data are regularly uploaded to the TecCom cloud which then processes incoming customer requests and orders based on it. Order data is exported as TXML. Learn how to set up your Classic Supply Cloud in this section:

¶ Connect5 Prefile
TecCom's Connect5 middleware is capable of serving as an extension of the supplier's backend by way of its in-built Prefile function module Prefile. Prefile autonomously responds to customer's availability requests and orders based on article stock and pricing data which is regularly imported from the supplier's ERP either via CSV files or direct database-to-database synchronization. In the same way, order data is exported for re-integration and further processing in the supplier ERP. This part of our Wiki primes you on how to use Prefile:
