Classic Supply Cloud is a cloud-hosted solution without direct integration into the supplier's ERP. CSV files containing article availability and pricing data are regularly uploaded to the TecCom cloud which then processes incoming customer requests and orders based on it. TecCom's Connect5 middleware is capable of serving as an extension of the supplier's backend by way of its in-built Prefile function module Prefile. Prefile autonomously responds to customer's availability requests and orders based on article stock and pricing data which is regularly imported from the supplier's ERP either via CSV files or direct database-to-database synchronization.
