To support Order Pro functions, we have decided to replace the New Journal page with Transaction monitor.
If you have any further questions, please contact support.
New Journal has been switched off on 11th July 2024.
New Journal has been removed from the menu but can still be accessed via direct link. The functionality is not affected until the shutdown.
No, they are still visible in the transaction monitor.
Exception: The order status messages are currently not displayed in the transaction monitor. We are working on an implementation, information will follow.
Without buyer upgrade: 30 days.
With one of the buyer upgrades Monitoring you can increase the number to 90, 180 or 365 days.
In the transaction monitor:
Asynch. Order Responses TXML 1.0: possible as TXML, since 23 May also PDF and XLSX format
Dispatch Advices TXML 2.0: possible as TXML, PDF and XLSX format
Invoices TXML 2.5: possible as TXML, XLSX and since 23 May also PDF format
In the transaction monitor:
TXML 4.1: Export possible as TXML, PDF and XLSX format
TXML 5.0: Export possible as TXML, XLSX and since 23 May also PDF format
Since 24th June, several messages (max. 50) can now be exported simultaneously in PDF or XLSX format.
Select up to 50 messages in the transaction monitor and click on the export button at the top right.
In the export overview, you can see the messages selected for export, remove messages again and select the preferred format.
After the export, you will be shown how many documents could be exported, the incorrect ones marked accordingly and a zip file downloaded in which you can find the documents.
The transaction monitor now also shows if a file has already been downloaded manually (page must be reloaded for this).
Click on an order in the transaction monitor and then on the order status button in the top right corner. A PDF file is created directly.
You can also use Status query and Open orders.
The functions can only be used with suppliers if they support Order Status and have also purchased Service Boost Premium for Open Orders.
Even after the New Journal page has been switched off, messages will continue to be forwarded to the Dropbox folders.
We are working on an implementation for the display in the transaction monitor that the messages have already been forwarded to Dropbox. Information will follow.
In the transaction monitor, you can copy the articles to the basket for inquiries and orders. You will then be automatically forwarded to the TXML 4.1 basket.
Since 11th July 2024 you can now create a claim from an order in Transaction Monitor.
Open the transaction and click on the Return button at the top right.
This function will only be implemented after the shutdown of NewJournal. The exact date will follow.
