For you as a customer, the support is free of charge as long as the problem is caused by TecAlliance or if you have been informed by TecAlliance that the named service is free of charge.
Our support services are charged according to the price list or according to our terms of use respectively. For any additional services not listed, we charge EUR 150 per hour (excluding VAT), billed in half-hour increments.
With your written or verbal request or in case of sending a request via our support website to process your support case you agree to these terms. Deviating from this, additional services and support will be charged as follows:
Priority | Description |
---|---|
Normal | Minor interruptions in normal use. Support for the first 30 minutes free of charge. Usual first response time is up to 3 working days |
Critical | Severe problems and interruptions to normal use. The support needs to be paid by the customer. Usual first response time is up to 4 hours during working hours & days. |
Emergency | Complete outage of customer system. No use possible or acceptable by the customer. The support needs to be paid by the customer. We recommend to call us directly via phone (phone numbers see below) for immediate response. |
